Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Full refund: Requests made 14 or more days before the event start date (May 20, 2026) will receive a full refund.
• 50% refund: Requests made 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• No refund: Requests made fewer than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at clara@hackinghr.io with your registration details.

Transferability

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please contact us at clara@hackinghr.io to arrange a transfer.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the LaunchHR Summit is cancelled by the organizers, all registrants will receive a full refund.
