Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the LaunchHR Business Grant, the following must be true:
- You have 10+ years of experience in a professional background in HR (any function, any industry)
- You are in the early stages of launching an HR-related business or independent practice
- You are the sole owner and operator of your business (no employees, partners, or co-founders)
- Your business is based in the United States
- Your business is not a franchise, subsidiary, or affiliated with a larger organization
- Your business has been operating for 12 months or less (or not yet launched)
- You have or are in the process of obtaining an EIN or dedicated business bank account
- Grant is open only to attendees of the LaunchHR Summit
